Empress Lite(MGI) - Privacy Policy

Azolution Software & Engineers Limited is a company registered in Bangladesh. We are the data controller and we will process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation by google and national laws which relate to the processing of personal data (“Data Protection Legislation”).

This privacy policy explains how we process personal data when you use the Empress Lite Apps or provide information to us in any other way. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

2. Personal data

For the purposes of this privacy policy, "Personal data" means any information about you from which you are personally identifiable.We may collect information about you directly from you.The information we may collect via the App depends on your location. We collect and store the location information where you arevisited in office period.

3. How we collect your data

Attendance is core function in Empress Lite. When a user give his attendance or press(Check in) Button, Empress Lite start to take background location continuously after 20 minutes , and it will be continue until (Check out) Button press.

If user deny the permission to take background location, Empress Lite can’t find user location or can’t get any location data via the app.

4. How we use your personal Information

We use your personal data (location information) for tracking your movement in office period. HR manager can see your visited location in google map. User can also see there visited area in google map into the apps to press (My activities ) Button.

5. If you fail to provide personal data

Where we need to collect personal data by law or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide the data when requested. We may not be able to identify or HR manager can’t identify your movement and your activities.

6. Data security

Information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. We have implemented appropriate physical, technical and organisational measures designed to secure your information against accidental loss and unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure. In addition, we limit access to personal data to those employees, agents,contractors and other third parties that have a legitimate business need for such access.

7. Right to withdraw consent

Where you have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent before it is withdrawn.
